Perks, Discounts and Camp Options

• All registered players will receive a camp t shirt ( limit to 1 per player )
• Sibling discounts are available(Contact [email protected] to learn how)
• Goalies are free to do all on ice sessions at no cost (unless otherwise stated) and will have the option to pay for  lunch options
• CAMP OPTIONS – For an additional cost to the regular camp fee , players will receive a free lunch and extra on and off ice training.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Ascend Hockey’s cancellation policy is in place due to the fact that each camp requires a certain amount overhead costs and are based on how many players sign up. This is the basis for our refund and cancellation policy. We do our best to insure fairness to all of the players and parents who have chosen Ascend Hockey camps. 
• All cancellations that occur with more than 30 days of the start of the scheduled 2024 camp date will receive a full credit of their paid amount less a $50 non-refundable fee.
• All cancellations within 30 days of the selected 2024 camp date will receive a 75% refund. All cancellations within 2 weeks of the camp date will receive a 50% camp refund. 
• Failure to attend Ascend Hockey camps without notification will result in a no refund or credit. 
• All Ascend Hockey Clinic sessions are non-refundable 
• If a camper becomes sick nor injured at a camp or before a camp, 50% of the unused paid portion of the camp clinic tuition will returned as credit to your account for a future camp. A doctor’s note is required. 
• In the unlikely event of unforeseen acts of God, man made disasters, pandemics , weather related conditions, facility damage, rink cancellations, Ascend Hockey, LLC will not provide refunds. Ascend Hockey, LLC will assure credit for the amount paid or prorate the remainder of the affected camp. 
• Ascend Hockey, LLC reserves the right to cancel or change camps, dates, times or locations.
• Ascend Hockey, LLC has a zero tolerance policy with respect to uncontrollable behavior, bullying, hazing , alcohol , tobacco, drugs and controlled substances, weapons of any kind or any other activity we deem illegal or not in conformance with Ascend Hockey standards. If a camper is expelled due to any of the above circumstances, no refunds will be given.
• Any requests for a refund or credit must be submitted in an e-mail to [email protected]. Requests given to staff members or phone requests will not be considered. Allow 30 days for refunds to be evaluated.
