Paul Lamoureux is a professional hockey player, elite hockey skills instructor, and certified exercise physiologist who helps players of all ages and skill levels advance their game. Paul’s love of hockey has been life long, but his childhood coaches were often more focused on the game than on supporting the players. Paul is serious about hockey, and just as serious about creating a positive, supportive learning environment to help children and adults take their hockey skills to the next level. He works closely with each student, encouraging them to build on their own unique strengths to reach their full potential while helping them create memories that will last a lifetime. 

Before starting his business, Paul spent countless hours developing and teaching advanced skating and skills techniques to hockey players across Canada and the USA. Paul has extensive experience in the area of sports performance and has trained with the Edmonton Oilers development program over the past fourteen years.

At Liberty University, Paul earned a degree in Exercise Science and obtained a National Training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine, which is sanctioned through the NCAA. Paul is incredibly passionate about hockey. His excitement for the sport only grows as he shares his expertise with children, adults, and the wider community.

Paul is joined by his two younger brothers Roman and Jacob who grew up with the same training and level of hockey as their older brother. Roman currently plays for Liberty University and Jacob plays Junior A in Ontario.
